About Us - Senior Sous Chef

Bubala has grown to three buzzing restaurants across London, with locations in Spitalfields, Soho, and King’s Cross, and we’re not stopping there! Our fourth restaurant, Covent Garden, is opening in October this year, making it an incredibly exciting time to join our growing team.

Our menu celebrates the bold, complex flavours of the Middle East and an entirely vegetarian focus (we’re not into substitutes here!), we’re all about crafting unforgettable experiences in a fun, lively atmosphere. The Role - Senior Sous Chef

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen at Bubala, someone who brings sharp thinking, calm energy, and serious flavour. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to drive high standards, support development across the team, and keep service tight. This role is about leadership, not ego, just smart systems, strong food, and good people.
