We’re hiring a Senior Chef De Partie at Bubala, someone who takes real ownership of their site and thrives on great hospitality, strong systems, and building happy, high-performing teams. You’ll be primarily responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading your management team, driving performance, and making sure our standards are consistently high. This role is about setting the tone, developing people, and creating a restaurant that feels brilliant for both the team and our guests.

Bubala has grown to three buzzing restaurants across London, with locations in Spitalfields, Soho, and King’s Cross, and we’re not stopping there! Our fourth restaurant, Covent Garden, is opening in October this year, making it an incredibly exciting time to join our growing team.

The Role - Senior Chef De Partie (SCDP)

As a Senior Chef de Partie at Bubala, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen, confidently running multiple sections and taking responsibility for the pass when required. You’ll ensure every dish leaves the kitchen to our recipe specifications and high standards, while keeping service organised, calm and consistent. Alongside being hands-on with prep, cooking and service, you’ll help train and develop fellow team members and new starters, sharing your knowledge and setting the standard for those around you. You’ll work closely with the kitchen management team to maintain a clean, safe and well-organised kitchen and help the whole team deliver an exceptional dining experience.
